Sale Areas & Territories

Shady Valley is divided into 20 sale territories, each with unique drug demand, customer density, and respect modifiers. Territories unlock as you level up and meet exposure requirements in prerequisite areas. Higher-tier areas offer access to harder drugs with bigger profits, but client density and risk vary significantly.

Datamined & Verified — All 20 areas extracted directly from SaleAreaDatabase. Drug demand multipliers, unlock levels, and prerequisite chains are exact game values. "Party Zone", "Dead End 1" and "Dead End 2" do not exist — the internal key PARTY_ZONE actually displays as "West deadtown" in-game.

Each area requires you to unlock a prerequisite area first (plus reach the minimum level and exposure). There are two main branches that split from Stink, and one special unlock area.

Special Unlock
Bad asia (Lvl 20) — Not part of the normal unlock chain. This area has a special prerequisite condition in the game data (internal flag: "IMPOSSIBRU"). Likely unlocked through a quest or special event rather than standard area progression. Offers the largest capacity: 4 clients and 2 dealers.

Key Facts

  • Respect Multiplier affects how much respect you gain from sales in that area. Highest: Eastern slums, Commune, and Fancy hill at 1.5x
  • Client Average affects how frequently clients spawn. Downtown has the highest at 0.8, while Two Towers is lowest at 0.35
  • Max Dealers is 1 for most areas. Only Eastern slums and Bad asia allow 2 dealers
  • Max Clients ranges from 2 to 4. Bad asia and Tower blocks have the most at 4 clients
  • Exposure Minimum is the reputation threshold you must reach in the prerequisite area before unlocking the next one
  • Drug shifts: Early game is dominated by Weed & Amphetamine, mid-game shifts to Meth, and endgame transitions to Cocaine & Heroin
Debunked Myths
  • "Party Zone" — Does not exist as a location name. The internal key PARTY_ZONE maps to "West deadtown"
  • "Dead End 1" & "Dead End 2" — Do not exist anywhere in the game data. The deadtown areas are West, Mid, and East deadtown
