In bars, clubs and restaurants you can relax, and you can also build your business relationships. They are the places where you arrange meetings with influencers and other important figures to negotiate better financial terms, open new business prospects and earn bonuses such as new employees. The prestige of the venue and your outfit affect how your partner weighs your requests (see Clothing & Apparel and Player Stats & Attributes). Bars are also safe places where you can save the game (see Saving, Death & Respawn).

Every venue row stores opening hours of 10:00 to 21:00, but only three (El Sotano, La Gaviota and El Cáncer) are not flagged as open around the clock, so only those are expected to close. Whether the closing hours are enforced in play has not been checked. Food and drinks sold here are listed with their effects on Consumables Catalog.
How meetings work
- Every venue has a base meeting bonus of 15.
- A meeting is a series of requests. Meeting points are lost on each request: 15 on a successful query and 20 on a failed one, and each meeting point is worth 1.5 reputation.
- The guest minimum and maximum property lists are empty for every venue, so no stat requirements are stored for guests.
- You make the appointments from a phone booth, at a location of your choice. See Characters & NPCs for the influencers you meet.
Not found in the game files
The tables do not say how the meal and drink choices change the outcome of a meeting, or how many meeting points you start with. They also do not say which venues count as "bars" for saving.
