CASINO-JESSICA
First contact in the casino questline. Billy mentions her as someone who might know how to access the oil rig casino. Has a custom character model.
CASINO-LUCA
Manages the casino guest list. Refuses to cooperate, so you must defeat him to obtain the list. Uses a generic Latino male model with glasses.
CASINO-FRANK
The last person Lucas gave a casino pass to. Lives in Callejon. Talk to him to get your own pass. Has a custom character model.
CASINO-DOUG
The incompetent casino owner. You eliminate him via an explosive chair to take over. Custom character model. Located on the top level of the oil rig.
CASINO-DWAYNE
Chief of Security. Helps you plan Doug's removal. After the takeover, you must pay him B$ 4,000,000 to cover employee salaries and claim the casino hideout.
CASINO-BARTENDER
The main bartender and key informant. Runs a shop, provides quest info about supply shortages, and suggests improvements in Questline 3. Custom character model.
CASINO-ANDREW
A graphic designer who creates casino leaflets. Charges B$ 500 for his work. You return to him after assembling the construction crew to pick up the ads. Custom model.
CASINO-STEVE / CASINO-OCTAVIO / CASINO-BOB
Three construction workers needed for casino repairs. Steve needs thugs cleared, Octavio needs 5 blunts, and Bob needs his toolbox retrieved from a thrift shop.
CASINO-PYROMANIAC
Sells bombs on Isla Sombra as an alternative to crafting one yourself. Optional contact during the "Change of Leadership" questline.
