Goal: Gain entrance to the casino on the oil rig. You'll follow a chain of NPCs from Billy's message to Jessica, then track down Lucas for the guest list, find Frank for a pass, and finally board the oil rig.

Goal: Take over the casino from its incompetent owner Doug. You'll explore the casino, gather intel from the hostess, chip vendor, Golden Chip vendor, and bartender Bobb, then plot with Dwayne (Chief of Security) to eliminate Doug using an explosive chair. Finally, pay B$ 4,000,000 to claim ownership.

- All tasks are one-time only and shared across your cartel (CartelTask sharing policy).
- Questlines are strictly sequential — you must complete each before the next unlocks. The chain flows: Oil Rig Casino → Change of Leadership → Finishing Touches → Really Big Stakes.
- The most expensive requirement is B$ 4,000,000 to pay Dwayne in Questline 2 for the casino takeover. Start saving early.
- The optional bomb purchase (Task 7b in Questline 2) lets you skip crafting — look for the Bomb Enthusiast (Pyromaniac) on Isla Sombra. Completing Task 7 automatically cancels this optional task.
- In Questline 3, you need 5 blunts for Octavio. Make sure to have them ready or bring supplies to craft them.
- Leaflet delivery (Questline 3, Tasks 15–18) requires visiting 4 towns across the map: Paraiso Peninsular, Slavs Bay, Jungle, and La Collina Sangrienta. Plan an efficient route.
- After completing all questlines, the casino is fully operational with maximum stakes at all tables and slot machines.
